We use Taxamo third party online service processing your contact and order information and your IP address to calculate VAT related to your purchase. We do not store the payment information but instead use Braintree (a PayPal Company) PCI compliant payment gateway to process your credit card payment.

You must register on this Site in order to use certain of the Site’s online services and functions, such as discussion forums at the Support Portal. During registration, you will be required to provide contact information, consisting of an email address, username, and password.

When you run the Application the first time you are asked to fill in your contact details. Providing this personal information is necessary to enable some Application features (such as for history tracking and team collaboration). The Application stores all project data in a secure application storage located on your local drive and does not send any project or personal data to the Internet without your consent.
The Application may send anonymous reports about program errors and exceptions to Sentry third party service. The error reports store information about program call stack and user actions preceding the error essential for further error analysis. The error reports also automatically store your IP address in order to estimate the number of users affected by each report and the referrer (an address of the web page you came from). We use the error reports only for fixing Application errors and improving Application stability.
The Application and the Site may also exchange certain information needed for activation or deactivation of your Application license.
If you authorize the Application to access your Google Drive then you can upload the current ReqView project to a Project File stored in Google Drive, list your Google Drive files to select a Project File and download the selected Project File for opening as the current project the Application.
We may use your name and email address to provide you with email newsletters and announcements. If you do not wish to receive these kinds of communications, you can opt-out by clicking on the "unsubscribe from the list" link in the received email.
We may use your name and email address to provide you with significant announcements about Site functions or services that you are registered to use, about this Site, about any user account you may create, about fulfillment of a specific transaction you have requested, or about other significant developments that may affect your use of the Site. You cannot opt-out of this kind of email.
